1. Fee Policy
All fees must be paid within the first 10 days of each month.
A late fee may be charged if payment is not made within the due date.
The academy reserves the right to suspend classes for students with pending fees until payment is cleared.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where covered under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Payments may be made through UPI, bank transfer, or other payment methods provided by the academy.
In case of genuine medical situations, school examinations, or emergencies, and if the academy is informed in advance, reasonable adjustments such as temporary pause, makeup class, or fee consideration may be provided at the academy’s discretion.
2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
The academy offers a 30-day money back guarantee for new students only.
If the student is not satisfied with the classes, a refund request may be made within 30 days from the date of joining.
Refund requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
Continuing classes beyond the first 30 days will be considered acceptance and satisfaction with the academy’s teaching.
The 30-day guarantee can only be used once per student.
If a student leaves the academy and rejoins later, the money back guarantee will not apply again.
Students joining under special offers, discounts, or promotional schemes may not be eligible for this guarantee unless explicitly stated.
Any registration or administrative charges may be non-refundable.

7. Tournament Participation
Students are strongly encouraged to participate regularly in chess tournaments (both online and offline) as part of their overall training and development.
Active tournament participation is considered an essential component of improvement, as it helps students apply their learning in practical situations.
Students are especially encouraged to participate in Dolphin Chess Academy’s internal and organized tournaments, wherever applicable.
Students are advised to play tournaments under the guidance of the coach and follow instructions provided before and during events.
For effective learning, students should:
Record or save their games (PGN, screenshots, or notation) whenever possible
Share games with the coach for analysis and review
Apply feedback from game analysis in future practice and tournaments
The academy may provide guidance, preparation, and post-game analysis, but participation and performance ultimately depend on the student’s effort and consistency.
